Indoor Care Requirements

Sunlight: Bright, Indirect Light. Place where the plant receives plenty of bright, filtered sunlight. Keep young starter foliage away from harsh, direct afternoon sun to prevent leaf scorching.

Watering: Moist, Never Waterlogged. Water whenever the top layer of the Jiffy plug feels slightly dry to the touch. Keep the medium consistently damp, but ensure excess water drains freely—indoor seedlings are sensitive to overwatering and standing water.

Fertilizing: Gentle & Diluted. Wait 2–3 weeks after repotting before introducing plant food. Apply a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer diluted to half-strength once every 3–4 weeks during active spring and summer growth.

Placement: Warm, Humidity-Rich & Protected. Keep in a warm spot (18°C–28°C) with good ambient humidity. Keep away from cold drafts, air conditioner vents, heaters, or dark corners.
Unboxing & Handling Instructions

Unpack Promptly: Unpack your plant carefully as soon as it arrives to give it light and ventilation.

Check Moisture: Check the Jiffy plug upon unboxing. If it feels light or dry, lightly mist or submerge only the bottom base of the plug in clean water for 2–3 minutes until damp.

DO NOT Remove the Plug Mesh: Leave the fine netting or mesh surrounding the Jiffy plug intact. Roots grow through this protective barrier, and stripping it away will tear delicate root fibers. The mesh will naturally decompose or expand as the plant grows.

Potting Up: Plant the entire Jiffy plug directly into a small pot with bottom drainage holes, using a high-quality, well-draining indoor potting mix.

Acclimatize: Place the newly potted plant in a bright, warm, indirect-light location for 5–7 days to help it recover from transit before settling into its final environment.

You cannot cancel an order once its placed and paid for. Since packing and preparation of your order begins the moment the order is placed. Once plants are taken from our farm it will be difficult for us to transport it back to our farm. So cancellation of an order once placed is not allowed.
